KontraS in the upload stated that Andrie’s voice recording was taken on April 1 2026. KontraS said that Andrie is currently still in intensive care in the RSCM HCU room.
“This voice recording was taken on April 1 2026. Currently Andrie Yunus is still in intensive care in the HCU room. Both the patient, family, legal representative and the hospital have prohibited visits from anyone,” wrote KontraS.
“Patients have the right to receive safe, quality health services, as well as protection of privacy and peace of mind during the treatment period and this is guaranteed by law,” he wrote again.
As is known, Andrie Yunus was the victim of acid attack on Thursday (12/3) night. The TNI Puspom then arrested four people suspected of being the perpetrators of throwing acid on Andrie Yunus. The four are known to be members of the TNI Denma Bais from the Navy (AL) and Air Force (AU).
“We convey that the four alleged perpetrators are all members of Denma Bais TNI, not from any unit, but from Denma Bais TNI,” said Danpuspom TNI Major General TNI Yusri Nuryanto during a press conference at TNI Headquarters, Jakarta, Wednesday (18/3).
The four suspects have the initials NDP, SL, BHW and ES. The TNI Puspom is currently conducting an in-depth investigation.
Then recently, the National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) encouraged the TNI to carry out a transparent investigation into the case of throwing acid on KontraS activist Andrie Yunus. Komnas HAM even asked that the perpetrator’s identity be made public.
“Komnas HAM encourages transparency in the law enforcement process, including immediately announcing the identity of the perpetrator to the public, involving external supervision in the law enforcement process, providing access to Komnas HAM to meet and ask for information from suspects,” said Komnas HAM commissioner Saurlin P Siagian to journalists, Friday (3/4).
Komnas HAM is known to have asked a number of TNI officials for information regarding the extent to which the acid terror case was handled. Komnas HAM asked Danpuspom, Kababinkum HAM, and Wakapuspen and their staff for information.
